Marketing Panel is an AI-assisted marketing automation tool that helps an authorized user prepare, manage, and publish marketing content to connected services, including LinkedIn.

Information We Process

When a user connects LinkedIn or another supported service, Marketing Panel may process authorization credentials, account identifiers, profile identifiers, and content needed to perform actions specifically requested or configured by that user.

How Information Is Used

Information is used only to authenticate connected accounts, identify the authorized publishing account, prepare content, publish or manage content requested by the user, maintain application functionality, and troubleshoot errors.

LinkedIn Data

Marketing Panel uses LinkedIn data only as necessary to provide the LinkedIn integration authorized by the user. Marketing Panel does not sell LinkedIn member data or use LinkedIn member data for unrelated advertising or data-broker purposes.

Access Tokens and Credentials

Access tokens and other credentials should be stored securely and are used only to communicate with the applicable service on behalf of the authorized user. Users should revoke or replace credentials if they believe a credential has been exposed.

Data Sharing

Marketing Panel does not sell personal information. Information may be transmitted to a connected service when necessary to complete a user-authorized action, such as publishing a LinkedIn post.

Data Retention

Marketing Panel retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or resolve technical issues. Authorization credentials may expire or be revoked by the connected service or by the user.

Deletion and Revocation

Users may stop Marketing Panel from accessing LinkedIn by revoking the application's authorization through LinkedIn account settings and by deleting locally stored access credentials. Requests concerning data associated with Marketing Panel may also be submitted through the contact method provided on the official Marketing Panel LinkedIn Page or within the application.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect credentials and information processed by Marketing Panel. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

Connected services, including LinkedIn, operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Marketing Panel does not control the privacy practices of those services.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as Marketing Panel changes. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
